Cybele is a multimodal solution for comprehensive women’s health screening. It combines mammography, breast ultrasound, and bone densitometry.
Cybele Smart Unveiling: at our booth, you’ll have the chance to explore Cybele through an augmented reality headset, offering an immersive, hands-on experience.
The Helianthus DBT is a top-of-the-line system configured for any type of digital mammography exam including tomosynthesis with three scan angles (15°, 24°, 50°) for high-resolution imaging. It’s configurable for various procedures, including advanced biopsy techniques and Dual Energy Contrast Enhancement Visualization (CEV) mammography, enhancing diagnostic accuracy.

Abstract
Differential diagnostic accuracy of
Contrast-enhanced Mammography (CEM) kinetic enhancement curve
in comparison with breast DCE-MRI
Purpose or Learning Objective: Conventionally, dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (DCE-MRI) has been regarded as one of the most sensitive imaging techniques for detecting breast cancer. The dynamic assessment of contrast enhancement in DCE-MRI is a crucial step in the interpretation of an MRI exam. Nonetheless, DCE-MRI requires a long examination time and tends to produce a significant number of false positives, which often leads to further tests and biopsies. Additionally, it is costly and not accessible to all patients.
CEM is a suitable alternative to MRI since it can provide morphological and kinetic information equivalent to DCE-MRI. The aim of this study is to compare the diagnostic accuracy of the kinetic pattern on CEM with the type of kinetic enhancement curves on MRI examination comparing:
• the kinetic pattern obtained in CEM vs MRI;
• the number of positive and negative lesions associated with every CEM and MRI kinetic pattern in comparison with the histological result.
